Some classrooms and grade levels are creating their own websites to post favorite links, newsletters, homework, and notifications. Merriam Classroom websites links are stored on PortaPortal. Portaportal is web-based bookmarking system that lets you store links to your favorite websites online. Bookmarks are not limited to one machine or browser.

Reading List Sites

Leveled Reading Lists were developed for two reasons:

1. For teachers who have requested a leveled book list or have asked for help building a leveled library in their classrooms.
2. For parents who have requested help in finding books at their child's reading level.

Book Adventure offers ways to find books by interest, grade level, reading level or category.
